A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation

Age
You must be 18 years or older to book at Second Valley Caravan Park.
Person under 18 must be accompanied by a person management deems responsible.

Allocation
Specific room or site allocations cannot be guaranteed.
Sounds must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm and before 7am.

Arrival Time
Accommodation will be available for occupation as soon as practicable after 2pm for on-site accommodation. Powered and unpowered sites will be available for occupation as soon as practicable after 12 noon.
Prior arrangements must be made for earlier arrivals or arrivals after 5.00pm.

Departure Time
Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out fees will apply unless an arrangement has been negotiated with management.

Damage & Loss
All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Pre-existing fair wear and tear excepted.
A minimum $50 fee will be charged if excessive cleaning (including dish washing) is required after departure (see pet policy below)

Payment for booking
Balances outstanding for the payment of bookings is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons, nights or bonds.
Payment for booking extensions (subject to availability) requires payment in full to secure that booking for the period requested.

Group Bookings / Special Offers
Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings or bookings made under a special offer.

Minimum Booking Periods
Minimum booking periods apply at peak times such as summer school holidays, Easter, long weekends, special weekends and selected special events.

Maximum Numbers per Cabin & Sites
The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available. No tents beside cabins. Sites have a maximum of 5 persons per site.

Personal Belongings
Second Valley Caravan Park takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered.

Pets
Pets are permitted on powered and unpowered sites only and at the manager’s discretion (conditions and bond applies). Aggressive and/or noisy dogs are strictly prohibited. Due to health regulations NO PETS are permitted in or around park facilities. Pets must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended.

Prices
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations. Prices are based on up to two persons occupying accommodation; extra person rates apply for each additional person.

Smoking
All buildings at Second Valley Caravan Park are non-smoking. By law, it is prohibited to smoke inside or within 5 meters of any public building. Smokers please ensure that you avoid smoking near open doorways or windows.

Visitors
ALL visitors must report to reception prior to entering the park. Guests and/or visitors in excess of registered persons will be evicted.

4. Peak periods have a no-refund policy applicable
5. Otherwise, if your reserved accommodation can be re-let at the same price or more, a refund is available, less 25% handling fee
